All Eterish products are fulfilled by Amazon. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund under Amazon's standard return policy.

2. $0 Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns made within the standard 30-day window.

3. Free Replacement Parts Policy

If you experience minor transit damage (e.g., loose stitching upon arrival), there is no need to return the entire unit. We provide a free replacement policy for affected parts to make your experience as hassle-free as possible.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please log in to your Amazon account, navigate to "Your Orders," select the Eterish order, and click "Return or replace items." Follow the prompts provided by Amazon.

5. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives severely damaged, please contact Amazon Customer Service directly for an immediate replacement, or reach out to us with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
